Coordination and agility fitness session

Our group fitness sessions home in on a variety of tasks targeting different areas of players’ physical and mental preparation.
The purpose behind the first drill is to build players’ strength while the second focuses on their agility.
The third set of drills is to challenge the brains of our players as it comprises different variations of coordination drills, alternating between left-leg and right-leg jumps according to the even-odd dimension of the green blocks. Such coordination drills exert a great impact on the brain’s executive control, improving attention and facilitating multitasking.
So the benefits that players derive from these exercises are always both physical and mental.
