One of our main fitness goals is sharpening up our players’ speed of recognition and improving eye-hand/body/foot coordination.
Having fast reflexes is a skill that can be developed through consistent work. We want our players to work on their reflexes on a regular basis so that they can move fast around the court, move forward and get to the ball more quickly.
In addition, we work on their dynamic visual acuity as it is essential for players to see the ball clearly and fast.
