It is one of our priorities that our players warm up properly before each training session. Last week our fitness director Sergi showed to our full-time players how he would like them to get ready for their practices. The crucial thing to take away for them is to start slowly and gradually increase the pace of their movement, adequately varying the rhythm of intensity and proceeding incrementally.
Proper warm-ups are an essential part of trainings, serving as one of the key ways of injury prevention.
