On-court fitness sessions are part of our weekly fitness programme. We believe that the inclusion of this type of training specific only for tennis is crucial for players’ development. All the exercises imitate players’ actions during a game of tennis and prepare them for the more effective execution of all the shots as well as improve their on-court movement. In addition, they enhance players’ broad and narrow focus and their reaction skills.
