Fitness sessions at BTA

Our fitness sessions are not just made up of general conditioning for athletes but consist of exercises & drills specifically designed for tennis players. Similarly to our tennis and mental sessions, our fitness programme is equally personalised.  We take into account our players’ age, level, schedules and group them accordingly. All our programmes include one hour of fitness per day, mostly in the mornings. 

Not only do we use our club’s gym and swimming pool, but also we regularly have fitness on the court. In addition, we take advantage of our incredible setting and use the beach area for our trainings. The stunning beach of Castelldefels is located just a 5-minute walk of our academy.
