BTA Beach Trainings

One of the greatest benefits of the location of our tennis academy is that we are situated within walking distance of the beach. The breath-taking Playa Castelldefels is a 5-minute walk from our club.

Being so close to the beach brings with it numerous advantages. 

First of all, beach serves as our training tool, thanks to which we can add another dimension to our fitness training. Sand significantly increases the level of difficulty and contributes to the development of stamina and lower body strength. In addition, it is of crucial importance for the improvement of balance.

Another key thing about the beach is that is is one of the best ways to recover and chill after strenuous trainings.

Finally, training on sand plays an important role in injury prevention.

We have fitness on the beach once or twice per week throughout the whole year.

It is truly a blessing.
