Injury Prevention Fitness Sessions: Arms

Our daily fitness sessions focus on diverse aspects of general physical conditioning. One of the key factors our fitness director Sergi Valldaura includes in his fitness plans for every week is injury prevention. 

Our injury prevention work is based on a variety of routines and is divided by the following zones:

-Shoulder girdle

-Pelvic girdle 

-Lower body

These types of sessions mostly take place in our outdoor or indoor gym
