On-court Fitness

The underlying idea behind our on-court fitness trainings is to work on players’ movement so that they can get ready for tennis-specific movement patterns and all the main elements of the game. 

More specifically, what our fitness director Sergi Valldaura concentrates on in on-court sessions are balance, agility and coordination as well as explosivity, stop and start movement sequences and sliding. All the drills players perform on the court simulate what takes place during the game of tennis.
