Motivational Training Environment: BTA Annual Programmes

Summer is really an exciting time of the year because not only do we run our summer camps and everything is buzzing with energy and excitement, but also it’s the moment of preparing our annual programme for the upcoming season.

The objective behind our annual programmes is not only to form professional tennis players but also to develop juniors into mature, well-rounded  athletes. We aim to achieve this goal through providing our players with the optimal conditions for training and creating motivational learning environment in which they can reach their potential and we can get the most out of them. We view our mission as a journey with the long-term growth of our athletes as a primary consideration, not their results and outcomes.

We believe that as a tennis academy we need to create a family environment to all the tennis players who come to our academy, a place that feels like a home away from home. We want our players to feel very comfortable with the academy staff so that they can trust us and feel our support in their daily life here with us. In our opinion, building close coach-player relationships crucially impacts on players’ progress.

Also, it is our priority to train with only a limited number of players. Our normal on-court ratio is 1 coach and 2 players. From our perspective, it is only a small training environment that can guarantee full attention to the player and maximise organisational connection. What follows from it is the possibility of multi-level personalisation in terms of tennis, fitness and mental programmes, selection of optimal accommodation and schooling options.

So if you would be interested in joining our annual programme, this is the moment to sign up.
