Hello, my name is Letizia Sanchez Romero, I am 17 years old and I am from Germany. I started playing tennis when I was six years old. At the beginning, I played just for fun, but over time I decided to take it more seriously.

When I was 13, I played my first international tournaments. Around that time, doctors found a bone problem in my feet. Because of this, I had three surgeries in three years. It was a very difficult time for me, but I decided not to give up. After every surgery, I worked hard to come back stronger.

I improved my national ranking in Germany, and later returned to competing in international tournaments.

At the age of 16, I decided to join the Barcelona Tennis Academy, as it was difficult to balance school and tennis in Germany, and I wanted to train more intensively.

In the future, I plan to compete in the Women’s ITF tournaments and continue developing my professional career.
